Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre is a new, 160,000 square-foot, architecturally stunning music destination in the heart of Calgary.

Opening at 500 - 9 Avenue SE in the summer of 2016, the new centre will feature five floors of exhibitions space telling the story of music in Canada, as well as workshops, classrooms, recording studios, bookable event/function space, a 20,000 sq. ft. museum, 300-seat performance space and more.

The centre will celebrate the best of music in Canada, highlighting everyone from Neil Young and Justin Bieber to Alanis Morrisette and Stompin’ Tom Connors, along with musical inventors that you’ve probably never heard of, but whose contribution you definitely have.

It will also serve as the home of three Canadian music halls of fame—the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame Collection. Finally, Canada’s music story has a place to call home.
